Margo and Rosa, the sisters behind Two Raw Sisters, have built their success on making good food accessible to everyone. Their internationally recognised app extends their mission beyond their five bestselling cookbooks, showing users how to be "intelligently lazy" in the kitchen. We saw an opportunity to strengthen their onboarding. Our solution was straightforward: show, then sell. We restructured the flow to lead with their practical approach to cooking - from flexible recipes that work with what you have, to simple meal planning that fits real life. Only after users understood this philosophy did we present subscription options. The approach worked. Each section showed how Two Raw Sisters makes good cooking achievable, not intimidating. Clean layouts and careful animation timing kept users moving through the journey. And when they reached the subscription page, they knew exactly how the app would help them eat better, without rigid rules or restrictions. The new flow amplified their success. Users saw the full scope of what Two Raw Sisters offered, leading to stronger conversion rates and more engaged subscribers.
